Do you have a store?

DiniGifts is an online store only and do not currently have a physical shop.

Where are you based?

DiniGifts is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments via Internet Banking (FPX via BillPlz)

How long will delivery take?

We require 1-2 working days to process your order. A tracking number will be provided through email once your order is shipped out.

If your order does not reach you within 3-5 working days after receiving your tracking number, please contact us at dinigifts@gmail.com

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will only be processed on the next working day.

How will my goods be delivered?

All goods are delivered by our appointed courier to all states in Malaysia as below
